FROM PORT VICTORIA T NEW CITY OF SOLARII

Many things have happened recently. After my illness, which kept me isolated in the oasis with no one to care for me, my companion Suya left one morning to join her family in Hansen's house, and stayed for a long time. She returned one day when my illness was about to end. She showed up with her slave and her bodyguard, the Panther Kayo. She told me she wanted to stay but that she had many things to do in her village, including a wedding to celebrate and other miscellaneous matters, and she left again.

By now I had decided to join her in the north, but fate brought me back to Port Victoria. It wasn't the same as it once was, though there was something reminiscent of it. I spoke with the Commander, who welcomed me with honor, telling me that the summer fair would be held soon. I was curious to see it, so I stayed. I rented a house, where I settled temporarily. But as the fair began, Sir Balrough called me to his city of Kasra, which borders the city of Nothern Ligth Bay. I had already been to those cities and had lived there for some time before leaving for Cartassa.

In Kasra, preparations were underway for the great dance the Sirens would soon perform. Unfortunately, that city often hosted warrior raids. They came from far away to conquer the city. I, a man of letters, set out. I didn't like fighting, even though when I was young in Port Kar, I had learned to fight alongside my beloved panther queen. But after her death in the Black City, I vowed never to pick up a weapon again. I reached the new city of Turmus. sir Bactu had rebuilt the city, demolishing the great castle, which I had always considered a gloomy prison when I lived there.

I stayed at Sir Nicholas's invitation. The Kaires were to be dancing soon, and I invited myself to stay to write an article. So I watched the dances, which were always as beautiful as the Kaires who performed them. Then I stayed for a few more days and left for Port Victoria, but I didn't stay long. I was alone. Suya had abandoned me, taking her with her slave, and in that city I wasn't happy and had no work. I returned to the oasis, rebuilt the great blue palace, planted more palm trees, and placed bronze lions on the columns. After I finished, I spent my days writing, until one day my niece, Lady Dara, sent me a message saying that in the new city of Varn, now called "Civitaes Solarii," they needed a Shibe Caste Chief, and that Sir Varn was waiting for me. Deciding to embark on this new experience, the new Solarii had been built on the ruins of old Varn, a large city with beautiful palaces, one of the largest libraries in Gor, and vast valleys with beautiful beaches.

I was welcomed with all honors, Lady Dara was there, I hadn't seen her for a long time, she was always beautiful after the breakup with her partner she lived and worked as a Scribe in Solarii, Sir Varn accompanied me on a tour of the city and the new lands under construction, he assigned me an office for the new newspaper ''Solarii news'' and asked me to choose a house for me to settle, I told him about my Oasis of the Seven Palms and the fact that I had left some unfinished business and needed to return, so we decided to leave together for my oasis, with our Tarms his slave named One also came with us, he was amazed when we arrived, by the beauty of the sea and the lush palms, we crossed the large garden with columns surmounted by lions, we entered the Blue palace with gold decorations, We had tea in the great hall, and after visiting the entire Oasis he left together with his One for Solarii I remained for my business but after a few days I returned to Solarii.

Now I'm here in the large inn near the main gate, enjoying my usual Vino Nero, and relaxing with the breeze coming from the nearby sea...
