silently glides into the reeds and hides my canoe

but then frowns i have to swim over to beyonds

"paddling too close over there" sighs "canoe would be seen like

"bad crocs! stay away!" half screaming at them and using my pole

fast feets up out of water and then onward to some buildings

"food food food" i say in musical steps hopping that way-

then revealing out the low friendly bushes

i see 2 goblets

"mmm" and licks my lips

i pour out whats in them to my own cup

to see what is

"no swimming flies in it"silently delighted

sniffs-sips - festively drinks

"mmmm" gigling

pours the other goblet in and gulps it hurriedly

in the spirited borrowed moments 

"just need a snack now" smiling

trying door by the goblets it comes open

and i run in

"what no food?!" disappointing in thought

running out the door and trying

other doors as i go

also thinking maybe it dangerous

but maybe theres candy-

to hide my angst

on deck and in to all the galleys

i find nothing

not even a peanut

i cant even believe this at first

dismayed and all for nothing

especially if all of a sudden

4 or many crew show up

"maybe worse they ghosts -

yaw yaw they dont need any food!"

but one deck cabin caught my senses

-in hopes of a snack a captain had left

but NO

just a parchment map

i couildnt know what it said

-"so mad i cant read" mumbles my pain

as i slid drawers open

full of just air

i tear the map grabbing in spite- 

i decide to roll it up and flint strike it-

test its burn

"good for wrapping catch for trade

frustrated but

happy about the glow

seeing more rolls

i lay down the burning one

i tie a few as one

to take to camp - good wrap

"well i cant take them all now"

looking down

seeing the rest start to catch fire-

runs out the cabin with some smoke

i found a walkway -and then another

with one more try to treasure some eats

i followed a tiny scent into a large room

"oh they eat in here"

but there was nothing

i stepped on a soft chair to feel it on my feets

then one more step on the long curved smoothed table

to feel it too - walking it as if all the ghost food plates

being kicked off

"just Ghosts here - No food!" now fully unbalanced from hunger

and so far from the forest

"i never shouldhave come to this hollow ship yard of Ghosts!"

polearming all the emptiness i saw -and felt

i walked over to the fire that was going

and lit a scrolled map

I frog hop the table again with my burning warning

"all you ghosts!! stay away do not touch!"

waving it at their invisble grabs as i circle the path

"You listen!" shrilling and hissing my breath

"Once warriors your stomachs full of delicious foods!

but now -feeling the poverty to never eat and 

its not imagined!" 

walks back again around the curve

whirling the hot torches and sparks

where there heads should be

"Yes! forever! Moan your no shadow

of you to see again!" 

walks off the table

and out the way

tosses the burning map by the pictures

"i see all you on the walls" grimaces

and pauses to calm on a thought

"I need a vulo sandwich i think"

my feets telling me i shouldnt be here on the cobble hard stones - I gritting my teeth

but letting the futures of sweet tasting larmas this far from camp be what i think

Feets be fast! i tell myself and hope i just dont stub a toe on these not at all friendly cobbles - Shaman says dont run and eat but i never listen to all she says and i keep

making it back across the small bridge i decide to walk and eat again but juggle

my luscious larma that cant get away but except by me - laughs and strolls out the early morning market with no one here yet -walks to the end of the dock to dive in the water and swim

after arriving in Port Caer on the dock taking a chance out my canoe

I  found old Hag broom

"OooH! these have magic" so i grabbed it run to the tradebell

i stopped to make some silence

"hmm maybe this magic makes me invisible"

So i keep going and see what i would have today

I go inside some big doors and see some stairs

"Stairs always hide things and i love them" giggles

I stop at some wooden chests on some shelves and look in one

"Kccccjk - Nuthen" and just push off some from the shelves

so they bust open on ground maybe something good in one

"Pffft" 

and continues sweeping to go up some stone stairs

I keep sweeping so i stay invisible but i hear a elephant outside 

and all the birdies too and try and see out the windows

but cant "Ocean is rough today" i was thinking hearing it outside too

Finally reaching the top i end up where i thought be candles

but Nuuuuuu nothing and was disappointed

Thinking i can try another bldg since i can be invisble with this Old Hag broom

so i went back down down down down

I finally made it down all the stairs making up a dance and sweep

to them because i need to be invisible you know!

I look around in some shelves for things hiding but see just books

- that i cant read - I take one still for the parchment to burn

and convince myself is good for a small candies to hide too for folding

Grins thinking of walking by all the dock booths that some is there

I rip out a page and throw in the fire to test if its any good
