~ Avarra is a community-driven btb Gorean city. The city belongs to those who live beneath its Homestone. Its future is shaped not by one person alone, but through the voices, work, and stories of its people.

~ The Administrator and High Caste Council oversee the city,

but they serve the Homestone rather than rule above it.

~ Citizens and Residents are encouraged to create, participate, propose, build, and contribute to the life of Avarra.            ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

~ The coast is part of Avarra's identity. Its waters provide a natural connection to the lands beyond the city and bring travelers, merchants, and opportunity to its gates.

~ The waters also bring danger. Those who travel or venture beyond the safety of the city should remember that Gor is not a gentle world.
